QuestionTom, While Marvel seems to be making somewhat of an effort to increase the number of exclusively gay superheroes, I don't see the same effort to create exclusively gay supervillians. Is there an apprehension about doing this in fear of offending gays? Answer

How do you know? It’s a pretty rare thing that we get into any super villain’s dating life.

Piggybacking along on this line of inquiry, I wish that more series did get into the personal details of the villains, even the minor villains. Especially the minor villains!

I feel that it raises the dramatic stakes if the reader is privy to the inner stakes for all characters involved in a story.
